ON AN UNFORGETTABLE JOURNEY TO THE
ROOF OF AFRICA
Everest One always offer premier climbing experiences and Kilimanjaro is no
exception. Having climbed via the Rongai and Lemosho routes in January and February 2018, with 4 summits and 100% success of all team members. We have had 9 successful climbs over the past 2 years.
You will take comfort in the fact that you will be led by a highly experienced expedition leader along with our team of local guides. This trip is a great starting point for anyone who wants a challenging trek or is wanting to experience their first taste of altitude.
Offering two completely contrasting climbs, with one starting from the west and the other closer to Kenya in the north, these climbs provide stunning views, dramatic landscape transformations and most importantly, less crowds.
With Everest One, our focus is to give you an unforgettable experience along with the best possible opportunity to stand on the highest point in Africa.
The combination of great trekking and amazing wildlife safaris make Mount Kilimanjaro and Tanzania a top destination.
If you’re wanting to take on an achievable, life-changing challenge, climbing the highest freestanding mountain in the world, then Kilimanjaro awaits.
To climb Kilimanjaro you don't need any previous climbing experience. You will, however, need to be fit, have a positive attitude and great sense of adventure and obviously the fitter you are, the more enjoyable it will be.
Joining a climb with Everest One gives you the best possible chance of achieving your goal.
We have been climbing in high altitude environments, predominantly in the Himalayas, for the past 15 years, including summits of 8000m+ peaks and have a thorough, comprehensive knowledge of how the body adapts and performs at altitude.
We educate you before and during the climb and take care of you every step of the way, allowing you to relax and truly appreciate this beautiful climbing experience.
Our record speaks for itself.
To date, we have already managed over the last two years to place over 100 people on the summit of Kilimanjaro, boasting an industry high success rate above 96%.
This level of success does not come down to luck but more importantly careful planning and an expert knowledge of altitude. Before we started climbing in Africa, we researched the success rates on the mountain and were alarmed at the figures with less than half of all climbers reaching the summit.
So we modified and created our own itinerary, allowing our team to have more time and flexibility, thereby giving them the best chance to acclimatise and reach their goal without being rushed up the mountain.
Everest One offer two options, climbing via the Rongai or Lemosho routes, which are longer, more remote but offer a manageable schedule and greater experience. We steer clear of the heavily congested popular trails, along with the rushed and unrealistic time frames.
Why spend all that money and time training to end up not enjoying the experience.
There is never a 100% guarantee that you will reach the top, but you certainly want to give yourself the best possible chance.
Choosing Everest One is your first positive step to achieving your dream.
