If you have ever wondered what it would be like to trek through the foothills of some of the most impressive peaks in the world, or even take on the challenge of climbing a trekking peak in the Himalaya’s, then this night may be right up your alley.
Darren Bain, the owner of Function Well Gym located at 76 Commercial Road, Teneriffe has arranged a film night for Wednesday the 5th March 2014. Information will be provided about the upcoming Mera Peak (6450m) climb in October as well as the Everest Base Camp trek next year, whilst featuring a few of the highlights from these trips over the past few years along with a short film of our Mt Everest climb in May 2011.Darren will also take the opportunity to discuss some of the training options, including the introduction of a specific program for gym members who decide to take on the adventure of a lifetime.
