The trek reaches 5,364m at EBC. Along the way, you’ll visit iconic acclimatisation points such as Namche Bazaar (3,440m) and Kala Patthar (5,545m), offering stunning views of Everest.

You’ll need trekking clothing, boots, a warm down jacket, sleeping bag, and essential layers for variable conditions. Everest One provides a full gear list and advice on trusted brands. Everest One provide you with a duffel bag and loan of a sleeping bag/down jacket if required.

The two prime seasons are pre-monsoon (March–May) and post-monsoon (September–November). These windows offer the best weather, clear skies, and stunning views.
